The Siemens Recognize event, held at the Cascais Hippodrome, welcomed 2000 attendees for an unforgettable celebration of recognition, talent, unity, and sustainability. As the largest Siemens event in Portugal, it embodied the true spirit of teamwork and togetherness.

Guided by master of ceremonies Luana do Bem, the event unfolded with dynamic energy, culminating in the prestigious Spark Awards, honoring the exceptional contributions of Siemens employees. The day was packed with group activities that reinforced the “One Tribe. One Team. One Siemens.” concept, such as human foosball, inflatable challenges, and countless Instagram-worthy photo spots, always buzzing with enthusiastic participants. An app was also created to make sure everyone knew everything about the big event!
The experience was elevated by a live DJ throughout the event and a memorable closing performance by Mete Cá Sets, bringing everyone together for a vibrant finale. Beyond the festivities, sustainability was at the heart of the event. From eco-conscious materials and extensive recycling points to careful management of leftover food, Siemens showcased its unwavering commitment to a greener future.
