The summit began with a deeply emotional opening video featuring patients sharing their journeys—from the life-changing diagnosis to how therapies and the unwavering support of their doctors transformed their quality of life. This culminated in an unforgettable moment as patients took the stage to thank clinicians personally for their invaluable role in improving lives.
The event also highlighted cutting-edge scenography, with volumetric staging enhanced by custom video mapping and kinetic elements to emphasize key moments. Earlier in the day, BIAL launched Kynmobi, a new therapeutic solution, celebrated with an “energy bar” serving coffee-based drinks that reflected the product’s characteristics. The day concluded with a sharing-style Portuguese dinner at the Estufa Fria, fostering connection and celebrating BIAL’s legacy.
