The event

The Bosch Leaders Meet Up was designed to reinforce Bosch Braga’s strategy by fostering cooperation across departments and shifting team mindsets. Under the theme “Building the Purpose,” the event inspired employees to connect with the company’s purpose, believe in the future, and embrace it as their own.
The highlight was a collaboration with artist Vanessa Teodoro, who brought the event to life with a live artwork created after a teambuilding session where employees shared their purposes. This concept was reflected in items such as notebooks, lanyards, and venue decor, delivering a visually and emotionally impactful experience.
